EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

GaimChng3r Entertainment Chairman, Cary Calvin formerly of South-

Central Cartel, and CEO of GWK records has produced, recorded and

marketed numerous albums throughout his career. Calvin, Son of Robert

squirrel of the Chi- Lites has given him the opportunity to create lifelong

connections in the music industry. GaimChgn3r Inc. is quickly forming an

experienced, award-winning management team. As artists, producers and

executives, projects produced by these individuals have well exceeded

anything done by a record label in the past. The years of experience

between the executive team maintained in both the business and creative sides of record

company. Will enable GaimChng3r Entertainment to generate profitable revenue

effortlessly.

Chrystal Lester serves as President of Gaimchng3r Enterprise

Incorporated, a post in which she was named in 2017. Lester oversees the

day-to-day operations of GEI, including all strategy, business

development, marketing, branding, and digital initiatives for all entities

including but not limited to broadcasting networks, music and clothing.

Lester is charged with growing and developing the GEI brand by

implementing strategic, innovative and revenue-generating business

initiatives that will secure Gaimchng3r Enterprise Incorporated as a preeminent

household brand.

Lester’s educational background includes a Master of Science, A graduate certification in

Women Studies and Bachelor of Arts. Having 20 years in education in varied positions as

a teacher and a principal has allowed Chrystal to demonstrate steadfast leadership that

has resulted in high performance businesses with quality relationships amongst its staff

and the community.

Lester has run Bella Beauties, LLC a successful dance studio for over six years that

partners with the NBA team, The Milwaukee Bucks, Summer Fest, the largest music

festival in the world, and a host of other community run organizations. She is also the

founder of Bella Gail Foundation which is a non-for-profit organization that gives back to

the youth through various Art Programs.

Chrystal currently resides in Milwaukee, WI, she is happily married and a mother of two

boys and a cat.

J Sims serves as Vice President of Gaimchng3r Enterprise Incorporated, a post in which

she was named in 2021. Sims plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day

operations of GEI as third in command and right hand to the

President Chrystal Lester. Sims holds many responsibly as the VP

of GEI such as communication, collaborations, public speaking,

critical thinking and problem solving to name a few. Sims assists

President Lester with strategy, business development, marketing,

branding, and digital initiatives for all entities. Including broadcasting networks, music,

clothing and styling. As VP Sims makes key decisions that directly impact the innovative

growth and developing of GEI brand.
